registered and you will receive an e-mail containing your confirmation
and reference number and the invoice will be attached. Please print
these documents prior to your departure and make sure that you bring
them out with you.

How will you be met at the airport?

How will you find out the time of your return transfer?
If you have been taken into a hotel, the reception will inform you of
the departure time 24 hours prior to your flight. If you are travelling
independently and your pick up destination is unknown to us; please
contact us 48 hours prior to your departure and let us know your pick
up address, you will be informed of the departure time according to
your address.
For any possible changes that may occur, please make sure that you
provide us with a telephone number where you can be reached as well as
your address when you fill in the enquiry form.
What if there is a flight delay?
Our airport guide and the transfer vehicle will be waiting at the
airport until your flight arrives, regardless of the lenght of delay.
If there are any changes in your holiday plans how can you change the information that you have provided us with?
If there are any changes in your holiday plans after you have submitted
your form and received the confirmation, you can inform us by filling
out the email form that is provided on the web site. Please ensure that
you receive confirmation of the changes, if you do not receive it,
please follow up by contacting us.
Who will you contact in case of an emergency?
Our form and the invoice have the telephone numbers printed on them,
where you can contact us 24 hours a day. You can contact us any time
you wish.
